Among the nearly 360 transportation-related bills introduced thus far in the current session of the Texas Legislature, more than 40 relate to the operations of toll agencies and toll roads.

TTI’s Transportation Policy Research Center in November published its Texas Toll Road Primer to provide policy makers with a comprehensive summary of toll roads from both operational and financial perspectives.

The Texas Toll Road Primer can be found online.
