Problem: fuel costs and gas tax

While fuel costs have tripled, the gas tax—the primary way we pay for our roads—has stayed the same since 1991. Gas tax portion $0.38 1993-2013, gallon of gas in 1993 was $1.11; in 2013 $3.70.e
