Incentives for Truck Use of SH 130

This research assesses the volume of trucks that could be diverted from IH-35 to SH 130, and identifies approaches that might be pursued to encourage that diversion. It examines how pricing could influence the use of SH 130 by truckers and identifies alternative tolling or incentive strategies (e.g., the feasibility and impacts of tolling trucks using IH 35) to encourage truckers to use SH 130. The resources at the following link provides supporting information on the alternatives analysis.
